Jewelry - How to Order

All prices for the handmade jewelry are in EURO. Use the currency converter to see the price in local currency.

To purchase an item on this site click the Buy button. Please review carefully all of your shopping bag's information before checking out.

You will receive an email with your order number as confirmation of your purchase.

Payment

You may purchase using Visa, MasterCard, CartaSi through Paypal. You can pay with Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Your credit card information is collected with a SSL encryption connection. This is the most secure encryption technology available today.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is for our use only. We do not retain information of the purchasing transaction. All money transactions are handled with the secure SSL encryption technology.

Shipping

Your good luck charm, pendants, rings, earrings or bracelets, if of a value of 100 Euro or less, will be shipped using priority mail through the Italian Postal System and will cost Euro 10.00.  Jewelry costing more than 100 Euro will be shipped using SDA in Italy and FedEx for all other destinations and will cost Euro 15.00.  These shipments will be insured for the full value of the object.  Shipment will be made only to the billing address of the credit card.  We ship to street addresses and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

One-of-a-kind jewelry will be shipped in 3-5 days.  I hand make individually each piece of jewelry. It may require up to 15 days to prepare and ship your order.

You will receive an email with your order number when the jewelry ships.  To inquire about the status of the shipment please contact info@loismartens.com stating your name and order number.

The customer is responsible for all customs charges and local taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your object I will refund or exchange your purchase. Please send me an email at info@loismartens.com stating your name and order number if you want to return or exchange an object.  Once the return has been approved ship your item through SDA or FedEx. Please include a copy of the invoice and date of purchace. The item must be unworn and returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days.

The return shipment must be insured for the value of the object. This is to protect you, the customer, in case of loss or damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges.

To minimize security risks, please do not write high value words such as “gold” or “jewelry” on the package.
