Description

This handmade bronze bracelet (red or yellow) is a great example of contemporary artisan jewelry.  Five large links encircle the wrist in a rich bronze pattern.  The surface of each link is intricately etched and embossed with an original design.  Bold square wire is used to link the elements to each other to form the flexible bangle style bracelet.

The bracelet is a larger size than most and has an internal circumference of 8 1/4 inches (21 cm).  Each link is 3/4 inch (2 cm) wide and l 3/4 inches (4.5 cm) long.  The bracelet weighs 27 grams.  Lost wax casting and fabrication are the techniques used to create this lovely arm ornament.
