This six-sided talisman pendant is designed to be worn by both men and women. The talisman is handmade from a secret 7 metal alloy cast in cuttlefish bone. The talisman pendant is a mixture of ancient and modern.
This good luck charm pendant is pleasing for shape and volume. The geometric lines combined with the curved surfaces form a singular pendant. The talisman was cast in cuttlefish bone using an alloy of seven pure metals. There are considerable difficulties in identifying seven metals that can be melted together to form a homogeneous body without porosity or cracks. The alloying process itself requires high temperatures, above 1200° C, and the precise positioning of the various metals in the crucible.
The pendant's surface reflects light from the cuttlefish bone markings and is a fascinating ornament for both men and women. This talisman has a 9/16 in (15 mm) diameter and is 3/16 in (4.1 mm) thick. The pendant weighs 4.2 grams.
A black rubber necklace with a sterling silver closure is included with the talisman pendant. The necklace is presented in a forest green or dark blue pouch with my logo embossed in gold.
