Description

This is a shawl fastener of yellow bronze with an accompanying sterling silver and dichroic glass pin. The jewelry is handmade and the pin is one-of-a-kind. The use of the different colored metals combined with the vivid dichroic glass makes this a fascinating piece of jewelry.  The pin can be used by itself withoug the body of the fastener.

I have personally used this model of shawl fastener on a sweater and am happy to tell you that this is a lovely and functional piece of jewelry. 

The cast yellow bronze body of the fastener is 1 5/8 in (41 mm) wide and 2 in (50 mm) high.  The pin stem is of fabricated sterling silver and has a 5/32 in (4 mm) diameter.  The total height of the pin is 3 3/8 in (85 mm) and the dichroic glass in head is 1 in (27 mm) wide.

The fastener pin is presented in a forest green or dark blue suede ppouch embossed with my logo in gold.
